Dear Families,
A couple reminders:
- We will be going outside during the day. Please ensure your child is dressed appropriately for the weather.
- We are still looking for Sock Snowmen supplies and volunteers. If you would like to volunteer please sign up with Sign Up Genius.
- If your child is absent or late for school, please email me and CC the office at andrewsibbald@cbe.ab.ca.
Our journey exploring the alphabet has begun. This week we learned about the letters A, B, C and D. Each day students shared items brought from home that match the letter of the day. Children learned the sounds of the letters, practiced printing the letter (upper and lowercase) and wrote words beginning with that letter. We ask that your child bring a matching item for the letter of the day. A new letter will not be covered on Fridays and the letters will go in order.
